However, the scariest thing was how the elevator was dipping lower and lower on each floor we stopped and it seemed like it was about to give. We waited 20 minutes but finally got to ride on an elevator going up but it went all the way to the top floor, stopping at every floor to pick up more and more people. We had 4 suitcases to bring down so we couldn’t take the stairs again. The stairways were filthy and full of dust on the railings. We had to take the stairs from the 15th floor to go down and have breakfast and then wait in line to get back up to our rooms. The elevators did not stop on our floor unless you’re going up. 4 out of the 6 elevators were down on our last day.

There were no dressers or closets to unpack or keep the luggages. Some of the towels in the room were tattered. I wish we could’ve been made aware of this upon check in but we were not. We booked a MARRA style king room which was supposed to be an upgrade but was given a regular MARRA room because of our smoking preferences. All the restaurants had great customer service and the food was delicious. The main lobby with all its restaurants and casino is beautifully decorated with a chic and sophisticated vibe.
